This is an opportunity to purchase two fields in a small village of Canas de Santa Maria in the centre of Portugal about 2 hours south of Porto and 2 hours north of Lisbon.

The land consists of one field with unspoilt views of the mountains and local vineyards. The land has planning permission for a three storey building and is close to local amenities (such as electricity and plumbing). There is a well on the land, a fig tree, an orange tree and around 30 olive trees. There is a small brick shed at the edge of the larger field and in between both fields.

The second field is smaller and only has planning for agricultural use. Both fields were previously used as vineyards.

At the bottom of the field is the Aquatrack which is a disused railway line which has now been converted to a cycle path.

Canas de Santa Maria is a tradiitonal Portuguese village with two shops and a cafe. The town of Tondela is only a few kilometres away with a thriving town centre and regular markets.
